Official Rules for KRQE News 13 Design Your Own Hot Air Balloon Coloring Contest

No purchase is necessary.

Contest open to children in the KRQE broadcast area ages 13 and under. Void where prohibited.

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. One entry per child, but multiple children per household allowed.

To enter, print out the official coloring page from krqe.com, color it how you like and return it to the address below. Entries must be postmarked by Friday, October 19. Entries must include child’s name, age, address, phone number and email address so that winners may be notified.

Winner will be selected based on their entries' creativity, and will be notified by phone or email. Judges' decisions are final. Winner and possibly other submissions may be posted on krqe.com.

Winner will receive a prize package from KRQE News 13 valued at $50.

KRQE News 13 is not responsible for late or misdirected entries or late or misdirected prize notifications.

Employees, delivery-agents and contractors of KRQE News 13, their associated publishing companies and ad agencies and immediate families of all such employees are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and regulations, if applicable.

Representatives of KRQE News 13 are not responsible for any claims, liabilities or damages in conjunction with the prizes and/or services of this contest or the depositing of entries. No prize substitutes or transfers can be made.

By submitting an entry, the participant acknowledges and agrees to all of the contest rules. Decisions made by KRQE News 13 are final in all matters relating to this contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winners' names and/or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
